GETTING THE BEST OUT OF LIFE

Getting the best out of life requires;

  • to be on the good side of God,
  • gaining wisdom, understanding and hope,
  • good planning,
  • giving because it is good for the heart,
  • love instead of hate,
  • kindness instead of selfishness,
  • working  instead of laziness,
  • forgiving to gain access to peace,
  • doing the best you can with what you have,
  • learning from your mistakes and avoiding the pitfalls,
  • respecting yourself for there will never be anyone like you,
  • keeping life simple
  • correcting your mistakes
  • having a quite time to reflect, remember each day has its own troubles
  • taking your troubles to God
  • helping or serving others
  • Loving God and people around us, is what the greatest teacher on earth (Jesus) said.

Who wouldn’t  want the best out of life?  One of the things God wants us  to understand and be clear about is his gift to mankind. Jesus is the best gift you’ll ever get.  We all need deliverance. Who wouldn’t want to be delivered from a dangerous situation?

DID YOU HEAR?

The Holy Bible has come a long way, at one time it was only reserved for the elite, and on other occasions, ironically, people were persecuted for reading it.  Even now, some countries will put a person in prison for possessing one.

God, as you know, is very much in control of everything.  His purpose still stands that every one hears his word.  Many people have heard his message and have decided to have a small portion of it.  And many others claim to be Christians, because they want to be part of a religion.

But there is a problem which a lot of people will relate to; (hypocrisy) one of Satan’s tools to destroy our faith.  Jesus warned about hypocrisy, matt. 23:25-26 (when someone puts on a good outside appearance when the inner side is the opposite.)  Many of us have observed religions and have seen the good and the bad.  God has a way revealing what is true and what is not. So, when it comes to gaining knowledge, he wants us to keep our mind and ears open. Jesus said it repeatedly, let those who have ears hear.

The Bible teaches us, that Jesus is the number one teacher and has set a standard which pleases God, so everybody else must listen to him to be on the right track. Jesus said, (when it comes to faith) do not call anyone on earth Father, for you have one Father, and he is in heaven, and one teacher, the Christ. Matt.23:9

The problem with us humans is, we have a habit of messing things up.  Most of us have messed up information and our lives.  And when it came to Christianity which God holds dear, because of Jesus, we messed it up. The big churches which were supposed to teach the entire truth, only preached part of the truth. So, in the end, that caused divisions, wars, and hypocrisy, hence missing the salvation.

Many nations are trying to suppress Christianity, and in other nations,  people are trying to destroy it altogether. Nevertheless, it is impossible for anyone to get away from the message of God. Why? Because our moral standard is built on it.  Jesus says, ‘wake up’, for the message of God is real.  And he mentioned something critical, ‘though they hear they don’t understand’.  Someone mentioned America. When I thought about it, I realised that, what she said was true.  She stated that, America is included in the Bible prophesy. It mentions Jerusalem, not in a physical sense but a spiritual one, which relates to our spiritual awakening in Christ.

America as a renowned powerful nation played a part in portraying a spiritual awakening, for while other countries were busy suppressing the truth, it embraced the message, through new churches that have decided to preach the entire truth of salvation.

And when God Almighty asked the second question ‘who told you…?’ in Eden, it was crucial, to help us understand his will and character. When we examine this question, as I mentioned before, he wants us to examine any information we feed our minds, whether it is based on truth or not.  He has given us a lot of tips in the Bible. Jesus said, he is the truth and the gate (the right direction) to the Kingdom of God. So, if one wants to be saved they must take the right direction and do the right thing.
