THE POSITION OF POWER

Dear readers,

It’s been a while since I posted, but I’ve been occupying myself with other projects – including travelling for mission work. Nevertheless, I have to convey the message which Jesus has put on my mind, regarding the position of power.

As you know, the world has come up with its own systems of power connected to money, company positions, government positions, etc.  And the problem is, we sometimes forget that man-made positions are unstable and disappear as time goes by.  But there is an organisation which is the most powerful in the world, and has God’s approval – Oh yes, you’ve guessed it – the church (the children of God who put the Bible into practice).

Now let us look at the God given position of power of which we all start from.  ‘What do you mean?’ You may ask.

I will explain!  The moment we land on the planet as babies we hold a position of power, given by God.  It is a position of protection, purity and connection to the will God and Jesus, of which we don’t sin or listen to Satan. This position is also manifested in the hearts of little children. Little Children have a humble heart, of which they respond to the word of God, without arguing or doubt. That’s why Jesus said, ‘Unless, you humble yourself like a little child, you will never enter the Kingdom of God or heaven.’ (Matthew 18:3-4)

Here is the issue! We have a problem, as human beings, when we fall into temptations and sin, and lose something in us which is so precious – a sense of peace and dignity.  And the problem with sin, as you know, it belittles, disgraces, and damages a person, who succumbs to it, and this has been implemented by Satan in the spiritual realm.  So, all actions of sin diminish our power, including bad attitudes, false philosophies or false religions.

So, how can we regain our position of power?  The answer is, you’ve guessed it, Jesus. He delivers us from the darkness to light and restores us in the Kingdom of God.  That’s why Jesus said, ‘You must be born again.’ (John 3) For the position of power God wants us to operate in, is based on truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and love. Jesus also said, Seek the Kingdom of God first (Matthew 6:33) That’s our number one purpose.  After that, other things will be added on to us, e.g., food, clothes, good relationships, etc.  For who doesn’t want more out of life? We all do, don’t we?  C’mon smile!! That’s better.

But even with that big smile of yours, you have to know the other side of life.  A human without faith in God and Jesus is in a very weak position. They have no hope for salvation, limited understanding, and are just wanderers on the planet.

You may think to yourself, ‘Oh, no I’m not just wanderer.’  Well examine yourself!  A wanderer is someone who lacks knowledge of God, doesn’t understand his Salvation plan in Jesus, make decisions without Godly wisdom, relies on their own understanding, pursues man-made their own agenda without much satisfaction, do whatever they want to do, and fall into the hand of Satan.

The Bible says that when Cain messed up, and operated outside God’s will, he became a wanderer on the face of earth (moved away from God’s designed purpose and ended up with no proper direction).  Jesus explained perfectly when he mentioned the narrow and the wide road in life. (Matt. 7:13-14) Every human has to a make a decision which road to take, with consequences in mind. For the narrow road is led by Jesus, but the wide one is led by Satan. So, a person who is living on the wider road is a wanderer.  I’m sure after reading this part, some of you, are a bit sad. Well don’t be, because the next part opens your mind.

So long as there is time, there is hope, which means, a person has power to change their mind; for when you humble yourself, God will help you to find your way out of the wilderness. Thus, when a person operates in the will of God, they gain knowledge from the Bible and act upon it.  For God uses Jesus to guide mankind into righteousness and truth.  For when a person obeys Jesus Christ, they gain the power of knowledge and salvation.  Incidentally, lack of knowledge and understanding is dangerous to a human being.

The Bible says, ‘People perish for lack of knowledge (the truth).’ (Hosea 4:6)   Oops, some people don’t want to hear this, but it is true. Knowledge is power!

One of the things God has given a human being is the power of the mind, which, as you know, is above other creatures on the planet.  But the mind needs the nourishment of the word of God, in order to be on the right track.  Also, the mind which is driven by your spirit is hungry for guidance in righteousness, and for the truth.  However, when Satan attacks our mind with negativity, we find ourselves on the confused and unhappiness road. Listen! No one wants to be confused! It is a waste of time.  And please don’t waste time in meaningless endeavours which are full of false information.

Finally, we all know that doing the right thing is the answer to every problem. And if you try to twist the righteousness of God, you fall from grace. The word of God in Jesus is pure and perfect. It cannot be twisted to suit your own desires. The Bible says, Jesus is the word of God. (John 1:1) And when a person connects to the word of God, and live upon it accordingly, they connect to the power of Jesus, which is full of peace, hope and forgiveness. And that person will live forever in total happiness. Imagine that! C’mon smile again!!  God bless you!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

As humans we are relatively connected in the sense of reasoning, questioning, and actions. Many times, we find ourselves rotating in different angles of circumstances of which we ask ourselves, ‘What do I need to do?’ And as we ask ourselves, God asks as well, ‘What do you need to do?’

As I keep on mentioning in this blog, God asks questions to expose our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Father God knows all our problems have solutions; for He has laid solutions in our situations, but sometimes, we don’t even see them, due to lack of wisdom, pride and distractions.

So, when God Almighty asks this question, he wants you to find the answers which are hidden in his wisdom.  But the problem is, sometimes, when you try to get an answer, an enemy comes along to give you the wrong solutions, which are designed to make you fail. And that enemy is? You guessed it! Satan is the master planner and schemer who provides answers of entrapment and confusion.

Incidentally, a question of need is different from want; for sometimes, we want something we don’t even need. A need leads you to righteousness – seeking God, learning from the Bible, going to church, seeking good friendships, eating properly, ascertaining a good marriage, having children, getting a suitable job, etc.

So, the question of ‘what do you need to do?’ is encompassed in the hidden gems of the bible, which solves the human chaos, weaknesses and confusion. The Bible says, ‘You reap what you sow,’ which is so prevalent in all our endeavours and decisions. We also learn from the Bible, righteousness prospers a person, while wickedness destroys the soul.

So, next time, you ask yourself a question of what you need to do to win the battle of your life, the answer is Jesus the Saviour. The Bible says, when people heard the message the asked, ‘What shall we do?’ Peter replied, ‘Turn away from your sins, and be baptised in the name of God the Father, and Jesus Christ, and you’ll receive the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38 & Matt.28:17-20)

God Bless you!

IS THE BROKENESS HEALED?

Is your brokenness healed?

Okay, this is a big question!  As I keep mentioning, God Almighty helps me to understand how his questions are manifested in our lives.

Life is a journey of ups and downs; and we learn from both.  Every human goes through the brokenness, which normally happens in our hearts; for a when problem comes it seats in our mind, and then works its way through the heart.  But the truth of the matter is, sometimes, a human has to be broken in order to get better. Throughout life, a person may encounter many problems, but they will also experience the occurrences of healing.  So, the question is, ‘How do you quicken the healing?’ And the answer is, ‘The wisdom of God.’  Every problem has a solution which is embedded in the word of God – the Bible; for instance, the Bible tells us to be fruitful, to love God, to seek the Kingdom of God, to pray, to think wisely, to be good to everyone, etc.  Also, when we get sick, we seek deliverance; and if the problem still persists, give it to God, and enjoy life in the blessings you still have.

So, just like a problem, the healing varies, it may come for a short time or vice versa.

Jesus said, ‘In this world you will have troubles, but take heart, for I have come to overcome the world.’ Who is he talking to?  To anyone who listens!

You have to remember God is a problem solver; consequently, he delights in solving problems because he has the absolute power to do it, for nothing is impossible with him.

A person may ask, ‘Why do I still have this problem? And why is the world spiralling out control, and things are seemingly getting worse?’  We live in a broken world; and problems are designed to humble us before God.

A human was designed to have a loving relationship with God Almighty, so that he or she can have a fulfilment in life.  However, the devil has broken that relationship due to sin.

So, the question is, ‘What can a person do to rebuild that relationship with God, which is the biggest healing of all?’ And the answer is Jesus the Saviour. Jesus said, ‘No one comes to the Father, except through me.’ John 14:6

WHAT IS THE PLAN?

Many of us answer this question in regard to the things we want to do in life.  And many times, a person thinks, ‘It is my life; I can do what I want.’  Hey, your life is not totally yours to misuse or to do whatever your thoughts lead you. Your life will be held for accountability and judgement before your Creator.  I know many of us don’t want to hear the judgement word, because it tickles our ears.  Hello dreamer, when you’re sleeping and your house is on fire – wouldn’t you want someone to wake you up?

So, when you plan, God is watching you! I know I’ve mentioned this before, but I have to elaborate a bit more. As you know, some of our plans are beneficial and enriching; for instance, many of us get into good marriages and then have children, which are connected to God’s plan. (Genesis 1:27-28) We also try to help someone, do some cooking, gardening, etc.

Let me illustrate another scenario; when a farmer plants the seeds in the good soil, he or she delights in the harvest; in the end, we are all farmers – we plant and execute our ideas for the sake of happiness.  And there’s no creature on the planet earth that delights in the law of giving more than a human being.  For when a human copies God’s character they can be good at it.  As you’re aware, if you want emulate God Almighty, copy Jesus’ character.

So, what are we learning here? Every one of us has to understand the two systems that are operating in the world. The two systems are in conflict with each other; every system is designed to capture human beings; the first one (the good system) was created by God Almighty, the second one (the bad system) was created by the devil.  The devil’s system (Babylon) is based on anything bad you can think of – in other words, it is a system of disobedience, and rebellion towards God.  Thus, destructive to a human being.

The devil is also called a spirit of lying, unfaithfulness, prostitution, pride, murder, temptation, etc.   Listen People – we’ve all been manipulated and lied to by the devil. The Bible teaches us that people stumble day and night due to lack of knowledge and understanding.  (Hosea 4:5) Also we learn from the Bible that the devil disguises itself as an angel of light, creating religious beliefs that stop people from getting saved through Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 11:14)  Another scripture says, ‘If an angel or another gospel teaches you something that is dissimilar to Jesus Christ, it will be condemned.’ (Galatians 1:8)

The truth is we have a battle on our hands. Many people ask, ‘Why did God Almighty allow Satan to entice human beings to do wrong things?’  While I’m writing this, the Holy Spirit (the spirit of truth is manifested in Christians who are willing to obey the scriptures) helps me. (John 14:16) There are many reasons, of which God can only answer.  But we learn from the Bible that the devil was allowed to challenge our freewill, decisions and obedience before God.  The Bible also mentions, Satan was allowed to exercise its power over people, tribes, languages, and nations – in other words, it gets all kinds of people to worship it in its own plan. (Revelation 13:7-8)  In addition to that, the devil also attacks those in God’s plan, with the intent to diminish their faith. Incidentally, Satan cannot do something without God’s permission. (Job 1: 1-5, Luke 22:31)  We also learn from the Bible, that many problems in the world are caused by the devil.

But God has given us the way out, based on His system, and perfectly tailored for a man-kind – for it is constructed in truth – Jesus said, ‘I’m the way, the truth and the life.’ (John 14:6) When you think about life, you realise that every time you do good in the eyes of God, you gain a blessing – peace and joy; but the moment you do something bad, you lose respect and peace of mind.  Therefore, the devil’s system weakens a human being; it is full of fear, ruins a human being to the core, destroys relationships, and makes people find happiness in the wrong places. But God’s plan, on the other hand, protects, stabilises, and prospers us. For it is perfect in Jesus Christ, holy, full of righteousness, and increases our happiness.

We learn from the Bible that ‘Every good thing comes from God.’ (James 1:17-19)  Consequently, if you want to enter the good system, (the Kingdom of God) you have to fight the enemy (the devil); incidentally, it is not difficult to fight the devil, for when you use the word of God (Jesus’ teachings), it flees away.  Remember, Jesus taught us how to pray, and said, ‘Let your Kingdom come; and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Delivery us from the devil’s schemes.’  Even though the devil is strong, it is scared of God and Jesus.  Why? Because, it knows, it will be destroyed in the end.

The scripture says, ‘Jesus is seated at the right hand of God in heaven.’ (Colossians 3:1) which also means God has given him all authority. (Matt. 28:29)  Moreover, it was God’s plan from the beginning; the Bible says, Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. (Revelation 22:13)  The beginning and the end,  which also means the message of God, started and ended with Jesus Christ in mind.   When God said, ‘I have a plan to prosper you…’ (Jeremiah 29: 11-13) – he was talking about Jesus. ‘Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved,’ (Acts 4:12)   The voice of God that spoke to the disciples from the cloud, still speaks today. ‘This is my son, whom I love; Listen to him.’ (Mark9:7)

The system God created is synonymous with light of the day; that’s why Jesus said, I’m the light of the world.’  (John 8:12) So, when you live your life according to Jesus’ teachings, you’re in God’s plan.  And you’re like a good tree that bears good fruits.  In conclusion, every human has to make a decision which plan they must enter – God’s plan or the devil’s one. And the most privileged people in the world are those who are in his plan of salvation.

WHEN A MAN TURNS AWAY, DOES HE NOT RETURN?

When a person turns a way, does he or she not return? (Jeremiah 8:4)

This is an interesting question God used to speak to people at that time, which applies to us too. God who created us knows us inside out – he sees our emotions, deep feelings, thoughts, motives, and behaviours; He also hears the words we say and sees the words we write.  The scripture says, ‘Nothing in all creations is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him, to whom we must give account.’ (Heb. 4:13)

Back to the question; as you now, normally, when we love someone or something, we always return to the person or to it.

When we have a conviction about something, we always think about it. When we understand the benefits of the plan, we go back to it. Most of the things in life operate circles, meaning continuous operations and actions whereby you return to where you started from. And in some sad cases, people engage in continuous distractive behaviours and deceptive ideas.

And in the Christian walk, many of us, read the Bible, attend meetings continuously, in order to gain from it. So, most of our lives require the process of returning consistently to the area of positive production and harvest.  God gave us a plan of fruitfulness – a plan of empowerment, redemption, happiness, hope, and forgiveness – a plan of Jesus Christ. This is a plan we have to feed from consistently, in order to succeed in life.

God Bless you!

REASONING WITH GOD

‘What do you mean, reasoning with God?’ someone may ask.

Listen! We all do it.

‘How do we do it?’ you may ask.

As I keep saying in this blog, I’m not going to beat around the bush, I say it, as it is.

We humans have become experts in presenting arguments in regard to actions, ideas, etc. We sometimes give excuses and rationalise our false beliefs. We sometimes take in good information and then twist it around, bend it, and then disregard it.   And we sometimes, take in the wrong information and then twist it around to be true.

So, every action begins with a thought and reasoning, as you know.  And every time we reason and state our case, we present it to God.  Well, a lot of people don’t know this, but it is true – for we inherited it from Adam and Eve.

Now that you agree that a human must give a reason why they do something, examine yourself. As you know, the time we are given on the planet earth, we spend it with all kinds of explanations, ‘I’m doing this, because of this and that.’ In addition to this, we also explain our spiritual beliefs before God.

Consequently, we are so busy processing information in our minds, and we’re planning all the time; but we sometimes, drown in our bad ideas and beliefs, (Jeremiah 17:9-10) because we get deceived by our own hearts. So, after going through the day, we make our bed and sleep in it; for it is our comfort zone and rest; of course, we need to rest from tiredness of the day, and from the problems we have created or vice versa.

The sad thing is, humanity has fallen into the darkness of the devil’s manipulation, (through wrong reasoning and beliefs) which is scratching, pricking, and damaging them. No wonder, Jesus came to our rescue. John 3:16-21

God reasons with mankind; as mentioned before, He started with Adam and Eve, which goes on to all of us.  We also learn from the Bible, that Jesus also gave reasons why a human must be saved – to gain eternal life.  In the book of Isaiah 3:18, God says, ‘Come now, let us reason together…your sins are many; but if you’re willing and obedient, you’ll eat the best from the land…in other words, you’ll will enjoy life in peace.

God asks a lot of questions, which are designed to penetrate a human soul, and to get a human explain why they do, what they do. For example, a question we are all familiar with, ‘What do you want to do in life? This is a deep question, for it opens up our hearts. Many people say, ‘I want to do what makes me happy.’ However, as we get on with life, we fall into many bad traps, which are disguised as happiness, and created by Satan.  Another question that goes into our minds, ‘Do you believe in Jesus?’  Another question Jesus asked Peter which goes to us too, ‘Do you love me?’ Note this – Jesus spoke as God Almighty. So, these questions are crucial when it comes to self-examination, and faith empowerment.  Once you answer them correctly, you are on the road of salvation.

So, the question is – why do we ask questions and give reasons in our verbal communication? The answer is simple – we inherited it from God. We learn from the Bible, that when God does something, he always gives a reason. He gave a reason why he created; because it is good. (Genesis chapter 1) As mentioned earlier, we are always reasoning; for when we become ill, we give reasons why we want to get better – because it is good. When we want to get a job, we reason with a good answer. Many of us give reasons why we believe in God, because it is good. We want to be saved, because it good for us. We go to church, because it is good.

The devil also is uses communication to manipulate a human being; anytime, you reason badly, or believe in a false ideology, you copy its character. Sometimes, people give negative reasons why they don’t have faith in God; Charles Darwin used evolution to lie to others; so, they are so many tactics the devil uses to manipulate a human being, because it acts in hate and falsehood. Also, the devil uses its servants to deceive people, spread false preaching, and to derail people from the truth.

Sometimes when I do evangelism, I ask people whether they are connected to Jesus. Some of them give bad reasons, others, however, understand the reason why they need to be connected. Incidentally, God Almighty uses his servants to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ; for his servants understand the consequences of unbelief, the importance of living in righteousness, reasoning well and using the right words. So, I pray that the message in this blog opens your mind to understand God our creator and his plan for salvation through Jesus. God bless you!

THE KINDNESS OF GOD

The kindness of God is manifested in his love, forgiveness and power. His kindness rains and shines on every human being and every other creature – day in, day out. The scripture says, ‘The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love; he is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made. (Psalm 145:9)

When we go through tough times, his kindness gives us strength. ‘The Lord upholds all those who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all who look to you, you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.’ (Psalm 145:14-19)

In addition, his love and kindness helps us to take on the tasks of the day. The scripture says, ‘I lie down and sleep; I wake up again because God Almighty sustains me.’ (Psalm 3:5)

As you get to know our God Almighty, you can feel his heart and his kindness, when he says, ‘I know the plans I have for you (salvation through Jesus); plans to prosper you and not to harm you; plans to give you hope and a future; when you will call upon me and come and pray to me, I will listen to you; and when you seek me with all your heart, you will find me.’ (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

But the question is, do you appreciate his love and kindness?

Many of us appreciate his love when we praise him and say thank you; when we read the bible; when we take his guidance to heart; when we express kindness to others; and when we worship him in truth (Jesus).

God bless you!

JESUS OUR SAVIOUR

Jesus was the most encouraging, loving, kindest, powerful person, who has ever stepped on the face of the earth – the only begotten Son of God Almighty.

When you worry, he says, ‘Don’t worry about life,’ but seek the Kingdom of God first and all these things will be added on to you.’ (Matt. 6:25-34) In other words, take his guidance about life and you’ll be fine.

When you’re hurting, he says, ‘Have faith in God…’ don’t doubt in your heart, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it.’ (Mark 11:22) But remember, we have to ask God according to his will; thus, don’t ask for something which is outside his will. (Please don’t ask for a million pounds; what are you going to do with it? If you’re thinking about self-indulgence, think again! However, if you receive money, use it to pay for your needs, and for the needs of others – helping the poor) Proverbs 19:17

In regard to gaining faith and the Holy Spirit, he says, ‘Ask and it will be given to you. Seek, and you shall find.’ (Matt. 7:7-12) For without the Holy Spirit, it is impossible to be born-again – for a person needs be transformed according to the Bible. John 3:3-8

In regard to salvation, he says, ‘Knock and the door will be opened.’ So, as we listen to him, we learn that God is waiting for people to knock on the door to his kingdom. (If you want to be saved, you’ll knock on the door.)

In regard to sin, he teaches us to be remorseful, to confess, to repent, and to be baptized, because God wants to forgive us . (Luke 24:45-47) Afterwards, he said, ‘All authority in heaven and earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.’ (Matt. 28:17-20)

So, everything about Jesus is good and wonderful; he is the core to happiness; he is the doctor to our broken hearts; he is our deliverer from the Satanic influences; he is the door to the Father in heaven; he is seated at the right hand of God. (Colossians 3:1)

WHO OR WHAT CONTROLS YOUR LIFE?

This is a question that touches our hearts, because every human being is controlled by something.  Many times, when people examine their lifestyle, they realise that they have the power to make something happen – they have the power to make good decisions, power to change, etc.

However, too often, we want to be in control of our lives or we allow ourselves to be controlled.  Someone may say, ‘I’m the master of my destiny, the captain of my ship, in other words, I control my life, because I have a free will.

Person B – My kids are controlling me, and I spend a big chunk of my life thinking about them, worrying about them, and so forth.

Person C – My spouse controls me, and it is making me uncomfortable.

Person D – I’m controlled by my job, my company, money issues – that takes a   big chunk of my life.

Person E – I’m controlled by the government, politics – so, I spend a lot time thinking about how they disappoint us in a lot of issues, and then I think about what they should and shouldn’t do.

Person F – As for me, my time is consumed by my pets – they are my life; plus, I think about conservation projects all the time.

Person G – For me, farming is my life 24 -7; yea, that takes a big chunk of my life more than anything else, but I’m also worried about the environment.

Person H – For me, I’m in the army; I’m a fighter; yea, that’s my life – it consumes me.

Person I – Well, for me, the drugs control me – I’m addicted 24-7.

Person J – For me, I’m controlled by my desires – I don’t feel good about it, not proud of it, and it seems like my life is spiralling out of control.

Person K – I’m controlled by traditions, set up by generations before me; I’m talking about culture, and witch-craft – so a big chunk of my life is consumed by it.

Person L – I’m controlled by fame; I’m self-observed entertainer – I need to please people, show them my talents – a big chunk of my life is consumed by this. 24 -7

Person M – Well, for me, I’m consumed by my religion, passed on by my generation; it has its ups and downs; negatives and positives; I think about it more than anything else.

Person N – Nowadays, we live in a world of computers, gargets, phones, cars, television, etc. so, my life is consumed by all that. 24-7

Person O – Well, for me, I’m controlled by problems; problem here, problem there – I get depressed – it’s like 24-7.

Person P – I’m controlled by poverty; I can’t find a job, I tried so many times; you see, we live in a poor country; opportunities are few; sometimes, I don’t know where the next meal is going to come from; sometimes, I feel like a failure, it consumes me 24 -7.

Person P – Look at the world now; it seems like we are being controlled by fear of Covid-19; it is unbelievable, unprecedented, no wonder, we are going down.

Finally, the last person stands up, and says, ‘For me, I’m controlled by Jesus; you see, I’ve been where you are, trying to control my life anyhow, leaning on my own understanding, did a lot of things, thinking they’ll be my fulfilment, not knowing I was chasing after the wind.  I needed my life to be meaningful – so when I understood that I need a saviour in this corrupt world, I made an important decision to save my life – I became born again, had to repent of my sins, got baptised fully immersed in water, and then entered into God’s Kingdom. You see, the Bible has all the answers to life.  It is very empowering – a safe plan, which heals our broken hearts, and gives us an incredible hope.  And when I read the Bible, I feel God’s love, peace, and power; nowadays, I live my life on the word of God, for there is no other way that can save us from this corrupt broken world, which is controlled by Satan.’

The scripture says, ‘A man is slave to whatever has mastered him.’ (2 Peter 2:20)

And, ‘Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.’ (Acts 4:12)

You see, a lot of people don’t understand the message but some of us do…God has given us the greatest gift, ever given to man (Salvation), and we must grab it. This is the only way we can be victorious, and besides everyman has to prepare for judgement. God Bless You!!

BE FRUITFUL

Hello readers,

I’m going to take you back to Eden, where we all started; I know I’ve mentioned this before in the beginning of this blog; but as many true Christians are aware, you cannot preach about God and Jesus, without the holy spirit. So, as I elaborate this story about what happened in Eden, I know that’s what Jesus wants me to do.

Therefore, we all need to understand the beginning of our lives, which started with a man called Adam. I know the Bible doesn’t give us all the details of the relationship between God and his first special creation called a human being, by the name of Adam, but I’m going to rely on the Holy spirit to help me here.

God Almighty was excited about all his creations, but his last physical creation was even more special, because he made a human based on himself; He also put in him something called a free will, so that Adam can decide, when to sit down, take a walk, what to touch, when to sleep, etc.

He loved Adam so much that he would communicate with him; and I’m sure God will talk to him about what he had created, and when he presented food to him, he would say, ‘Enjoy!’

There’s something else we need to know; when Adam was created, his mind had no information, so he relied on God to give him ideas, and guide him. This is similar to when a human being gives birth to a baby, and then have to train, and guide them in what they should do and shouldn’t do. (Gen. 2:16)

Anyway, when Adam was aware of himself as human being, he appreciated how God created him; and I’m sure he was like, ‘Wow!! Look at me, I’m wonderfully made. My legs can walk; my eyes can see; my hands can touch and hold; you’ve given me the skin, it feels nice to touch and you coloured it too; you’ve also given me hair, it feels nice and you coloured it as well.’

And I’m sure he also asked questions like; why have you given me ten fingers? And God will give him an answer, ‘So that you can hold things properly.’ And Adam would ask, ‘What about the ten toes?’ And God would smile, ‘So that you can walk on the land properly.’ What about these nails? What do I do with them? And then God had to explain to him that, every part of your body is to serve me as your Creator, to serve you and others, so don’t misuse it.

And Adam was like, ‘Wow…I can talk; I also can raise and lower my voice, whistle, hum and even sing…Ooh… da la la…!!! And I can hear the birds sing, the animals, the wind blowing; I can hear all these sounds around me…and most of all I can hear you talking to me. Thank you so much! You have created me wonderfully!

And God was like, I made you in my own image; I want you to feel what I feel, and to get to know me in an intimate way. I have put love in you, so that you can love me and love others;  I have put kindness in you, so that you can give as I have given you;  plus I want you to be creative;  I want you to be able to learn from me;  I’m going to help you enjoy life; I want you to be happy; I’m going to help you to be intelligent;  I have taken from me to give to you;  I also want you to reason and question;  for no other creature is like you;  I have given you power to dominate them;  you are higher than them, for you have the ability to understand.  You see all those creatures around you, they cannot do what you do, because I have not given them that power.  Now listen carefully, as your maker, I am your Father and I’m going to teach you a lot of things.  For I have given you a special mind, I want you to use it well; also use your voice to pray and sing to me.

Hence, the love between God and man was perfect – a perfect relationship based on commitment and love; Adam had a pure mind of a little child, not contaminated by evil. As a human you can also imagine other questions Adam would ask, ‘Why is the sky blue?  How did you make the water?  Why did you make the grass green?’

Thus, Adam was enjoying his happy life without problems, busy watching and naming all the creatures God had created.  And when God had showed him what to eat, I’m sure he was like ‘wow’ they all taste different but delicious – thank you!  But while he was enjoying the single life, I’m sure sometimes he would talk to himself or he would think it would be nice to talk to another human being. (How do I know?  Because we also don’t want to be lonely; we don’t want to be in a state where there is no one to talk to.) So, God was ahead of Adam, because he examined his mind – He was aware of his thinking and his whereabouts.  He was watching everything, as he does now.

When God considered his loneliness, he said, ‘It is not good for a man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him’. (Genesis 2:18)

So, Adam needed a human to human interaction; in the end, God surprised him with someone special – He created another human;  I presume Adam was like ‘Wow…she is so beautiful!’  And after examining her, he realised that, she was a bit different, designed with a different tone of voice, with a different figure, a bit shorter than him, and not physically strong as he was; but she would reason, ask questions, support him with working on the land, would encourage him, and was loving too.  And Adam was like, she feels the way I feel! She can imitate what I do, and she is pure as I am.  Just like Adam, Eve communicated with God too.

He said, ‘This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh, she shall be called a woman, for she was taken out of man; (Genesis 2:23)

So, Adam had to teach Eve what God had taught him; they were happy couple who loved their creator – talking, singing, praising God – and they worked on the land in harmony.  We must remember, God didn’t want them to sit around doing nothing, he said, ‘Be fruitful.’ (Gen. 1:28)  He wanted them to be productive; He wanted them expand what they have been given; He said, ‘You’ll have children who are like you – both male and female.  In other words, you’ll multiply into trillions.  (But when you keep reading the Bible, you realise that, being fruitful is not just about having kids and ruling the animals, it goes beyond that, when Jesus said, ‘Bear fruit,’ which I’m going to explain as you keep on reading.)

Adam you’ll be a dad, and Eve will be a mother.  You’ll learn how to be parent to your children – you’ll learn how to motivate, to teach, to guide, to provide, to protect, and to discipline.  Because you’ll be copying my way of being a Father to you.  And you must bear fruit in doing good works, in thinking, in good character, in kindness, in being creative, in loving each other, and in loving me as your creator.  Your whole body must bear fruit – use your mind and hands to serve, and to do good.  Use your eyes to bear fruit – it is the window of your soul, use them properly (read the bible, enjoy the sceneries and all creations). Use your mouth to bear fruit – talk about good things, say encouraging words, correct someone, eat healthily, and preach the gospel.  Use your legs to bear fruit – explore the face of the earth. (go to work and church meetings).  I have put talents in every part of your body – use your body well; use your whole body to praise me as your creator.

Reader, I know I have mentioned this before at the beginning of the blog; but Jesus wants me to explain more as he opens my mind to understand. He gives us gifts to teach, to preach, and to serve for the glory of God.  And as I’m writing this, I’m learning too!  Jesus is helping me, so that I can explain the message properly.  I remember years ago, when I didn’t understand the bible, but as the Holy spirit opens my mind to understand more, I decide to share the message to others.

So, Adam and Eve understood what they needed to do;  they had to do everything God wanted them to do;  as I mentioned before, they had a perfect loving relationship; they both respected God and each other perfectly; Adam respected his position that he was created first, and Eve respected her position as second. And this was a marriage connected to God.

You may ask, ‘Where was Jesus while this was happening?’  He was right there, getting involved and watching.  For he said, ‘before Abraham I am.’

So, they had a perfect loving relationship with God, until Satan’s comes to mess things up.  He targeted the free will of Adam and Eve.  We learn from the Bible that Satan cannot do anything without God’s permission. (Job 1:6)  So I presume, he went up to God and said, these two people you created to be in your image, I know you gave them the power of free will, just like yours – to decide what they want to do, but it is only based on the good, because you are good;  what about testing them out with an another idea of evil;  to see whether they will resist it.  God was like Okay, I give you permission – so, all humans must be tempted by the devil. (When you read about how the devil operates, you realise that it is extremely dangerous and crafty.)

And we know that the only way Satan could do it was to lie to them.  You have to remember, Adam and Eve didn’t know that lying existed, for they were only conditioned to do God’s will.  In the end, they believed Satan, and disobeyed God.  Now as a human being, you must realise that Satan has lied to you, has tempted you with evil, and many times, you have believed in his ideas.

As you know, God was upset with Adam and Eve, they were unfaithful.  So, he separated himself from them, because of their sin.  The bible says, sin separates us from God.  Before the fall they were supposed to live forever in total happiness;  their bodies were not aging, there was no illness, etc. After the sin, God put a cherubim and flashing sword to guard the way to the tree of life (living forever as before) Genesis 3:24  Nevertheless, God Almighty still didn’t give up on the humans;  he continued to help them on their journey of life.  God knows humans are weak, so he had to keep on providing.  He then had a conversation with Jesus, and that meant Jesus had to come down on the planet to restore what Adam had messed up. Gen. 3:22

God knows human beings are damaged and weakened by sin, so they need help from someone who was stronger than they are – someone who can help them to reconcile with God.  For, it is impossible for human being to be saved by their own effort.  Jesus now has to carry a human being to where it started – to be united to God forever.  It is impossible for any other prophet to do it;  this authority has been given to one person;  that’s why he is called the saviour of mankind.

The bible says Jesus is the last Adam, the one who was obedient to God, and was not born with a sin; so, as you know, we all have sinned except Jesus, and all are born with a sin of Adam. (I cor. 15:45)  And there’s a question of some of us ask, ‘Is Adam and Eve going to be saved?’ I don’t know! Only God knows! But when God covered them, I think that was a sign of reconciliation, to connect them to Jesus. (Gen. 3:21)

Sometimes, we forget that we can ask God about our lives;   for instance, why is this happening?  What can I do about this situation? God will always direct you to the Bible, and will give you wisdom to do the right thing. And it all depends on your faith.  As God has given Jesus to carry us, all your questions, and prayers go to Jesus first. For we can only be close to God, through Jesus.

One of the things we all have to be aware of, and God wants us to be aware, is the imposters.  For instance, we are all aware, there are counterfeit money, fake art works, fake designer bags, etc. We learn from the Bible that, there will be fake prophets, fake religions, and fake preachers. (2 Peter 2:1)

The Bible says, Jesus is the word of God, he was there at the beginning… (John 1:1-6)  At the judgement people will realise they were given false information, and at that time it will be too late.  And people will regret that they should have made the decision of reconciliation to God, while they were on the planet.  As you know, every human being needs to know the truth; we prosper in the truth, and we have all adopted the wisdom of saying to someone, ‘tell me the truth.’  Jesus said, the truth will set you free. So, he is the boss, and I’m serving him, to say the truth.

So how do you know you have the truth about God?  You must trust the Bible, and you must trust Jesus and you must listen carefully to what he said. ‘I am the way the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him, and have seen him…if you love me, you’ll obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counsellor to be with you forever – the spirit of truth – The Holy Spirit. (John 14:6-15) NIV

We know that Jesus spoke the truth because God was operating through him. Yahweh God also had to use the prophets who existed before him to prophesy about him – He had to give them the message which regards to Jesus.  And when Jesus was on earth, the disciples who saw him had to write down what he did – the scripture says, ‘While Jesus was speaking, a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud; A voice came from the cloud, sayingThis is my son, listen to him.’ ( Luke 9:35)

When Jesus said, ‘bear fruit…’ he compared human beings like trees, ‘You’re like a tree – a good tree bears good fruits, but a bad tree bears bad fruits.’ (Matthew 7:19) We also learn from the bible, that the Holy Spirit produces fruits love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, perseverance, and self-control – all righteousness – to be born again, repentance of sins, confession, renewing your mind in Christ, singing, praising, forgiving,  etc. (Galatians 5:16-25)

There is a difference between a religion and a relationship with God. Christianity is a loving relationship between God and man. But a religion is normally made by one man’s idea, mixed with the truth and false teachings; in the end, it does not guarantee salvation or forgiveness – it doesn’t give the full light or knowledge God and his plan of forgiveness.  And it contradicts the bible, it is unclear and uncertain.

So, when a human realises that, to be accepted by God, they must be perfect, totally pure, and blameless, that’s when they attach themselves to Jesus. He said, a person must be born again (John 3) – meaning you have to believe everything he says, so that you can be transformed spiritually – for you become what you believe – if you believe that you must stop doing wrong things, that’s what you will do.  Also, the scripture says, without the blood of Jesus there is no forgiveness. So, that’s God’s plan and no man can change it.

I pray that God helps you to understand the message. God Bless you!!!
